Shámi Kababs are one of the most delicate & flavored pulled chicken kababs you will ever have. Recipe originally from Syria (aka Shám), but whole-heartedly accepted & integrated into Pakistani cuisine. Contains Split peas, Cilantro, cloves, and a mix of dark spices.
