Pulao is prepared using long grain aromatic Basmati rice with Chickpeas and Raisins in Nina's own spice mix with cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, & other dark spices. Pulao is a treat on it's own, but it also goes very well with Kababs or Tikkas.
Note: Plain Peshawari Pulao has no meat or meat broth.

- Herb Chutney (medium hot)
- Tamarind Chutney (sweet, tangy, medium hot)
