Pulao at Nina's is cooked using long grain aromatic Basmati rice, Raisins & Chickpeas in Nina's own Pulao spice mix with cinnamon, cloves, cumin, pepper, & other dark spices. Pulao is a treat on it's own, but it also goes very well with Kababs & Tikkas.

Note: Plain Peshawari Pulao has no meat or meat broth.
