Famous for being served in Desi breakfast with halwas and Cholay Dal, Pakistani Pooris are thin deep fried flatbreads that are flash cooked for a short time, unless requested otherwise. You have the option to choose them extra cooked, till crispy.
Note: Pooris are oily breads. Also, Peshawari Pooris are not the puffed up style Pooris (or Baturay) as found in Indian cuisine. No glaze options available.
